ABOUT THE HERBS:
Tulsi holy basil - An herb of Mars. Improves overall vitality; helps the body adapt to new demands and stresses; stabilizes blood sugar levels.
Lemon balm - An herb of Jupiter. Raises the spirits and comforts the heart; relaxing; eases stress and anxiety; aids digestion.
Lemon verbena - Has a bright lemon flavor and medicinal properties similar to lemon balm.
Blue vervain - An herb of Venus. Strengthens the nervous system; relieves stress and anxiety; improves digestive function.
SUGGESTED USE: Shake well and add 5-20 drops to 1 oz of water or juice for stress and burn out support. Take 2-3x/day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
